So what's an affirmation, you might ask? An affirmation is a positive statement you repeat to yourself every day until this statement feels true to you.
Repeating a positive affirmation aloud or to oneself, at least three times a day can help tweens and teens feel more confident, happy, and motivated. Positive affirmations create positive thoughts and emotions, which allow us to take positive actions to create a happy and successful life!
I make each affirmation bottle charm myself by filling a mini glass bottle with glittery pixie dust and top it off with a positive affirmation statement rolled up in a tiny magical scroll.
When you turn the bottle charm around, you can read the magical scroll's affirmations such as, I am confident, I am important, and I stand up to bullies.
